Schloss Rauischholzhausen, conference venue of the Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen, situated near the university town of Marburg was the venue of the 2018 SFB Retreat from March 19 - 21, 2018. The detailed  program may be found here.

Tim Keiderling from the University if Illinois at Chicago joint our group of nearly 60 SFB 1078 scientists, PIs, Mercator Fellow, postdocs and PhD students. Vivid discussions of talk and poster sessions continued during the guided city tour through Marburg and wine and beer-tasting at the "Market" cellar.
